Event Recap · Round 3 of 9

2026 Maplewood Open

Maplewood Golf Course · Renton, WA · April 18, 2026

Maplewood delivered the kind of damp, defensive afternoon that rewards patience over fireworks. By the back nine, half the field had shifted from championship pursuit to scorecard damage control — but Chris Clogston, unbothered as ever, posted a clean 73 gross to take Commissioner's Cup honors. The net trophy ended up shared, with Jon Hayenga and Chris Tank turning in matching 70s. Somewhere on the par 3s, a 5-wood was overheard apologizing to its owner.
